This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Lead efforts to acquire new customers across Malaysia.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach initiatives.
• Manage the complete sales process: from discovery and solution development to proposal presentation and closing.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, including leaders from HR, Finance, and Payroll.
• Partner with external collaborators such as BPOs and system integrators to identify co-selling opportunities.
• Meet and surpass revenue objectives.
• 6–12 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, or outsourcing solutions is essential.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new business.
• Ability to manage full sales cycles independently.
• Strong capability in pipeline generation through outbound efforts and networking.
