This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Utilize our lead sources to engage potential businesses and arrange in-person and online presentations with qualified decision-makers.
• Seek out and recruit value-added resellers capable of generating increased sales volume in our target Hospitality and MDU market accounts.
• Conduct effective in-person and online presentations employing best sales practices.
• Present proposals that effectively showcase the Verdant value proposition, guiding customers toward a purchase.
• Follow up with clients and prospects via email, phone, and site visits to facilitate the next steps.
• Manage your sales pipeline with a CRM (Salesforce) and internal tools to ensure the shortest possible sales cycle.
• Comprehend the client’s business objectives and cycles to identify portfolio opportunities and promote growth.
• Create account plans and strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee optimal customer service and experience.
• Engage in face-to-face selling at trade shows.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate pilot programs to understand client technical requirements and build strong account relationships.
• Identify market influencers who can facilitate in-person and web meetings with key decision-makers.
• Strive to excel as a sales leader while also being an excellent team player.
• 5 years of B2B inside sales experience and account management experience, selling in person, over the phone, or online.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals within a team environment.
• Self-motivated individual capable of creatively and consistently generating new business without requiring micromanagement.
• Quick learning abilities that enable you to thrive in new markets, products, and technologies.
• Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems is a significant advantage.
• Business acumen and a sense of urgency to guide prospects through extended sales cycles.
• Highly comfortable with analytics and spreadsheet management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, in written and spoken forms.
