This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement territory-specific strategies to grow Lightspeed’s customer base.
• Identify leads and assist prospects throughout the sales process.
• Work in collaboration with internal teams, including Customer Success and Marketing.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and market trends.
• Track and communicate sales metrics to leadership.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in acquiring new customers and logos.
• Demonstrated success in quota-carrying roles, managing a sales pipeline as an individual contributor while surpassing sales targets.
• Familiarity with sales enablement and automation tools (such as Zoominfo, Enablix, Salesforce).
• Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of engaging key stakeholders among prospects, customers, and executive decision-makers.
• Proficient in navigating complex sales cycles and addressing objections.
• Experience with SPIN™ and Solution Selling™ methodologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Powersports, RV, Marine, Golf, or Trailer industries is a significant advantage.
• Understanding of finance/insurance, retail, and technology sectors is a plus.
