This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within the designated territory.
• Assess potential business prospects and formulate targeted sales approaches.
• Meet or surpass personal sales objectives.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and client engagements as necessary.
• Keep precise records of pipeline and sales activities utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Create and implement a business plan specific to the territory with defined objectives and account strategies.
• Generate comprehensive pricing, proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
• Lead collaborative efforts across functions to support strategic sales initiatives.
• Regularly monitor and report on sales pipeline activities and the status of opportunities.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in financial services, software, or regulatory compliance is required.
• In-depth understanding of BSA/AML, regulatory frameworks, and fraud prevention strategies.
• Demonstrated consultative selling abilities with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong business insight and executive presence are essential.
• Proficient in technology with a knack for business processes and analytical tools.
• Openness to travel as needed (25%).
