
Sales Executive – Entertainment Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Revenue Growth: Complete ownership of revenue for a specified portfolio, territory, or collection of accounts.
• Sales Planning and Execution: Formulate go-to-market strategies and plans that foster sustainable growth and align with the overall objectives of the company.
• Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Accountable for outbound prospecting and generating self-sourced pipeline, in addition to managing inbound opportunities through direct engagement with owners, executives, and senior operators (GM, COO, CFO, CTO) at attractions and venues. Oversee the entire complex consultative sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing.
• Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain sales forecasting and performance reporting that tracks and examines KPIs such as quota attainment, deal conversion rates, sales cycle duration, and pipeline health. Regularly present sales performance insights and strategies to the executive team.
• Tools and Technology: Maintain CRM hygiene, manage pipeline, and utilize AI-driven sales workflows (including account research, prioritization, messaging, sequencing, etc.).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with customer success and leadership to refine positioning, pricing, and gather customer feedback. Identify opportunities for expansion and cross-selling with potential partners.
• Process Improvement: Work alongside the team to implement and enhance sales processes. Collaborate with other departments to improve lead quality and sales enablement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales within the entertainment sector (including amusement parks, waterparks, family entertainment centers, arcades, events, and attractions).
• Established, active, and current network within the attractions and entertainment industry.
• Proven ability as a strong outbound hunter who actively generates and closes pipeline.
• Demonstrated success in highly autonomous sales roles.
• Comfortable leading technical, product-driven, and consultative sales discussions.
• Executive presence and credibility with C-level and senior operational leadership.
• Active, hands-on use of AI in daily sales workflows.
• Builds long-term trust and understands client pain points.
• Self-starter mentality – Proactively seeks to determine next steps and acts with or without explicit direction.
• Adaptable and flexible in response to change.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally for industry events, trade shows, or team meetings.
• A valid passport, driver's license, and the ability to rent a vehicle are mandatory.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
