This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Accountable for spearheading new business development for Technis Energy Intelligence in German-speaking Switzerland.
• Cultivating and overseeing a pipeline of opportunities for new clients.
• Identifying and engaging with decision-makers among real estate proprietors, asset managers, and major enterprises.
• Managing intricate and extended sales cycles lasting 6 to 12 months.
• Leading the sales of integrated solutions that merge on-site sensor hardware with SaaS software platforms.
• Crafting compelling value propositions focusing on energy performance, operational efficiency, and ESG impact.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Negotiating commercial contracts and finalizing deals.
• Keeping precise forecasts and CRM documentation.
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Demonstrated success in managing lengthy and complex sales cycles.
• Background in selling technology solutions that integrate hardware and software.
• Proficient in engaging with C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
• Strong hunting mentality with exceptional closing skills.
• Capability to comprehend and articulate complex technical solutions.
• High level of independence, accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Organized and disciplined approach to sales.
• Fluent in Swiss German (mandatory).
• Proficient in professional English (mandatory).
