This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide guidance to potential clients on the optimal career paths tailored to their needs.
• Achieve performance targets and quotas associated with the development, pursuit, nurturing, and closing of leads.
• Monitor and manage a sales pipeline to ensure that accurate sales forecasts are communicated to management.
• Create new B2C business opportunities with existing leads and identify areas for improvement to nurture and convert leads in the current pipeline, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing and meet sales quotas.
• Assist prospective students in navigating the right career paths to achieve career-oriented outcomes.
• Excel in a high-volume call environment and a fast-paced selling cycle while maintaining professionalism and precision.
• A Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience is preferred.
• Experience with outbound, inbound, or cold-calling is necessary.
• Capacity to nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) through the admissions sales funnel.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (Salesforce.com).
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Enjoyment of working in a collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional phone presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in the healthcare sector and/or healthcare sales is preferred.
• A positive attitude and receptiveness to coaching are essential.
