This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Begin with a portfolio of around 50 active customer accounts.
• Enhance existing relationships while uncovering new revenue opportunities.
• Dedicate time to fieldwork, engaging with customers, and securing new business.
• Develop a robust pipeline through outreach efforts, networking, and referrals.
• Acquire the skills to provide value-based solutions to commercial clients.
• Implement territory strategies and consistently achieve or surpass sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate onboarding and ensure customer success.
• Recent graduate or possess up to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong ambition to establish a long-term career in sales.

• High energy level accompanied by a strong work ethic and resilience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to engage in fieldwork and learn through practical experience.
