This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new business.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of accounts.
• Cultivate, assess, and finalize opportunities following established criteria while surpassing target goals.
• Maintain a thorough, precise, and current sales pipeline and activity log utilizing the GRC pipeline software.
• Gain expertise in the value proposition and services of GRC products.
• Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers via phone and email communication.
• Document leads, conduct follow-ups, and arrange scoping calls with consultants when necessary.
• Handle personal forecasting and pipeline management.
• Provide clients with essential information, including quotes, proposals, presentations, offers, and promotions.
• Aid in the preparation of bids and tenders.
• Draft Professional Services agreements.
• Share customer and industry insights to support the overarching sales strategy of the Group.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our customer demographic and competitors within the same markets.
• Consistently and passionately embody the GRC brand, vision, and values.
• Prior experience in sales, new business development, and account management.
• Capable of effectively communicating product benefits to clients and knowledgeable in professional sales methodologies.
• A highly motivated individual, demonstrating initiative and a readiness to 'go the extra mile', with a goal-oriented mindset and sense of urgency.
• Focused on bottom-line results, budget-aware, and driven by metrics and measurements, with a proven history of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in qualifying opportunities and managing objections.
• Exhibit the highest level of integrity; be receptive to coaching and a cooperative team member.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Social Media and CRM software.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the cybersecurity and data privacy compliance sectors.
• Experience using a CRM system (preferably Salesforce).
• Familiarity with cadences (preferably Salesloft).
