This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Drive demand generation and product vertical sales initiatives to establish a robust pipeline and meet sales targets along with business objectives.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with senior executives within potential client organizations by effectively conveying the Fiserv value proposition.
• Manage numerous sales opportunities simultaneously throughout every phase of the sales cycle, from qualification and solution alignment to negotiation and closing.
• Identify and develop new client relationships for card issuer solutions within designated target accounts and key financial institution segments.
• Conduct pipeline management and forecasting activities with precision to aid in revenue planning and expedite revenue generation.
• Collaborate with internal product, solution consulting, and leadership teams to ensure client needs align with solution capabilities and deliver distinct business outcomes.
• Keep abreast of market activities, competitive positioning, and client priorities within the card services and financial institution arena to shape sales strategies.
• 7+ years of experience in sales executive, sales, and/or business development roles with a proven track record of meeting quotas over multiple years.
• 7+ years of experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with senior client stakeholders while aligning business needs to solution offerings.
• 4+ years of direct selling experience within financial institutions, technology, software, and/or services environments.
• Proven experience leading complex sales opportunities through pipeline development, forecasting, negotiation, and closing using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work experience, and/or military service.
• Familiarity with solution selling methodologies and large-scale enterprise sales processes (preferred).
• Insight into the card services market and competitive landscape (preferred).
• Proficiency in utilizing enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) platforms for pipeline visibility and sales activities (preferred).
• Capability to influence executive-level decisions and generate demand within intricate buying groups (preferred).
