
Sales Executive – Business Aviation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and expand a well-established portfolio of business aviation clients
• Recognize and cultivate new business prospects within the business aviation sector
• Increase customer engagement with products, services, technology, and fuel initiatives
• Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at boosting fuel volume, revenue, and client retention
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to contract finalization and sustained account development
• Establish trusted relationships with aircraft operators, flight departments, and aviation experts
• Comprehend clients' operational requirements and propose effective solutions
• Interact with key decision-makers, including Directors of Aviation, Chief Pilots, Pilots, Schedulers, Dispatchers, and Flight Operations personnel
• Conduct client meetings, business evaluations, and account strategy discussions
• Provide an outstanding customer experience that fosters long-term loyalty and retention
• Assess customer opportunities, market dynamics, and industry trends to facilitate business expansion
• Prepare pricing recommendations and negotiate commercial contracts in line with company goals
• Recognize opportunities to enhance customer value while optimizing account profitability
• Assist with contract renewals, account retention, and strategic growth initiatives
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams
• Keep accurate records of pipeline activity, forecasts, and customer information in CRM systems
• Travel as necessary to support clients, engage in business development efforts, attend industry events, and participate in team meetings
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing commercial positions
• Capability to generate new business while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Proven track record in managing customer accounts and meeting sales targets
• Ability to establish credibility and trust with clients and internal partners
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office software
• Willingness to travel as required
• Experience in business aviation, aviation fuel, FBO operations, flight operations, aviation services, or a related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of aircraft operations and flight department settings (preferred)
• Understanding of aviation fuel programs, trip support services, or commercial aviation solutions (preferred)
• Experience in negotiating commercial contracts and pricing strategies (preferred)
