This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Take ownership of and manage daily interactions with high-value TradFi accounts, ensuring consistent value delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Create and implement stakeholder mapping strategies to identify, engage, and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
• Serve as a trusted ambassador for Chainlink products and the wider platform, educating stakeholders on the strategic importance of decentralized technologies.
• Generate early-stage pipeline opportunities through proactive discovery, qualification, and identification of high-impact prospects based on a deep understanding of client requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams—including Deal Leads, Product, Legal, Marketing, and Technical Solutions—ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Over 6 years of total experience, including a minimum of 3 years in institutional finance, business development, or related fields, with a strong grasp of TradFi markets and infrastructure.
• Proven experience in a startup or fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to translate a strong work ethic into exceptional personal results.
• Excellent relationship management skills to establish and maintain robust relationships with institutional clients and partners.
• Demonstrated understanding of DeFi protocols, tokenization, digital assets, blockchain technology, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
• Must be based in Hong Kong or able to relocate independently to Hong Kong.
• At least 1 year of experience in web3 environments or with decentralized applications (DApps), smart contracts, and blockchain technology - Preferred Requirements.
• Expertise in the tokenization industry—having a strong understanding of the Institutional RWA landscape and/or digital asset management, including knowledge of potential scalability barriers.
• Significant experience in selling solutions to Financial Market Infrastructures.
• Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
