This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with all key accounts within the designated geographical region.
• Serve as the main point of contact for these accounts, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and seek out new business opportunities to enhance sales within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to remain informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support to key accounts.
• Address any issues or concerns swiftly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and continuously enhance product knowledge.
• A degree related to business is preferable but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within the collision repair sector.
• Experience in managing distribution sales.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong comprehension of the Irish collision repair market and its trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com).
