This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Surpass revenue quota targets on both a quarterly and annual basis
• Respond accurately to all inquiries from customers and partners
• Create business strategies for the designated territory
• Engage strategically with customers and business partners
• Direct relevant technical resources to showcase SailPoint's benefits
• Manage and oversee every stage of the sales process
• Effective communicator during initial engagements and discovery calls
• Highly skilled in articulating and presenting the value of SailPoint solutions, particularly in comparison to Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience starting from the first discovery call
• Proficient in leading a virtual team
• Strong judgment regarding team involvement
• Develop a territory or opportunity strategy
• Work closely with the leadership team to enhance ideas and strategies
• Prior experience in a similar sales role is preferred, though not mandatory
• Approximately 50 percent business travel annually is anticipated for this role
