This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify key stakeholders and map target organizations;
• Conduct research on accounts and prepare for outreach based on client structure and potential;
• Perform high-volume outbound activities through phone, email, social outreach, and LinkedIn;
• Utilize research, automation, and CRM tools to effectively manage and track outreach;
• Schedule meetings with decision-makers and develop a robust sales pipeline from assigned opportunities;
• Engage in conversations to qualify potential opportunities;
• Finalize and sign the deals.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and deal closing;
• Demonstrated ability in cold calling and conversing with mid- to senior-level decision-makers;
• Competence in conducting independent research and account mapping;
• Comprehensive understanding of the entire sales process, from activities to meetings to conversions;
• Proficient in using outbound and productivity tools;
• Experience in digital marketing sales (preferably performance marketing) is advantageous;
• Highly motivated, proactive, resilient, coachable, and eager to learn;
• Strong proficiency in the English language.
