This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients while enhancing base sales, new product development (NPD), and promotional efforts.
• Ensure optimal visibility in retail environments and deliver effective sales capabilities.
• Achieve field key performance indicators (KPIs) and meet annual targets.
• Execute and oversee promotional initiatives.
• Manage the placement and implementation of point-of-purchase materials.
• Provide reports on activities undertaken.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong understanding of sales and negotiation procedures.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Previous sales experience is necessary, ideally within the FMCG/CPG sector.
• Persistence and a keen eye for detail.
• Educational background: Graduate/Post Graduate.
• Support for relocation is available.
• Limited assistance for international candidates relocating voluntarily.
