This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for generating new business as well as nurturing existing client relationships.
• Identify new opportunities through telemarketing, in-person visits, online research, and referrals.
• Operate within the designated territory to cultivate and expand profitable partnerships.
• Create new contacts within IPFS and develop fresh business prospects.
• Perform needs assessments for potential clients and existing customers utilizing the IPFS Sales process and Salesforce.
• Build strong working relationships with IPFS Branch Managers and support associates.
• 2-3 years of experience in outside sales within the financial services or insurance sectors, or marketing experience in an insurance context.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, along with proficient sales and closing skills.
• Capability to gain trust with a diverse range of personality types.
• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Salesforce and Microsoft applications.
