This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of HungerRush's restaurant technology platform, payment solutions, and the value they offer.
• Identify, target, and engage with restaurant operators and multi-unit restaurant groups within a specific Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), focusing on brands with 1-25 locations.
• Create and implement a territory strategy aimed at generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic account targeting.
• Develop a robust pipeline through regular outbound activities including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and other prospecting methods.
• Conduct discovery discussions with restaurant owners, operators, and executive stakeholders to grasp their business challenges and growth goals.
• Present engaging product demonstrations and clearly articulate HungerRush's competitive benefits.
• Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Maintain precise pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking within Salesforce.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Payments, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, innovations in restaurant technology, and payment processing techniques.
• Consistently meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• A minimum of 1.5 years of successful experience in B2B or SaaS sales with a proven history of prospecting and closing new business.
• Demonstrated experience managing a full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed agreements.
• Strong consultative selling, discovery, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Capacity to establish credibility and build relationships with restaurant owners, operators, and executive decision-makers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing pipeline and forecasting.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple opportunities at once.
• Self-driven, highly competitive, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Highly Preferred: Experience in restaurant technology, POS systems, payments, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
• Experience selling to restaurant operators.
• Familiarity with sales engagement and intelligence tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Clari, or similar technologies.
• Proven success in outbound prospecting and territory development.
• Restaurant experience is advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
