• Take ownership of and cultivate a portfolio of DAX-listed firms and major German corporations, driving account growth and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Lead intricate sales cycles concerning e-invoicing, P2P, O2C, AP Automation, and financial digital transformation, from initial contact to contract finalization.
• Position Generix as the trusted ally for German CFOs, Finance Directors, and Procurement leaders, establishing thought leadership in the market.
• Forge long-term, strategic relationships and deliver tangible business value through consultative engagement and continuous account management.
• Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline development, and opportunity tracking to consistently achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create customized solutions and ensure seamless customer onboarding and adoption.
• Conduct competitive analysis and gather market intelligence to uncover emerging opportunities and effectively position Generix's value proposition against competitors.
• Represent Generix at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads within the German enterprise sector.
• Create persuasive proposals, business cases, and deal structures that cater to complex customer needs and align with regulatory compliance requirements.
• Mentor and assist junior sales team members, sharing best practices and contributing to the growth of a high-performing sales organization.
• A minimum of 5 years in enterprise software sales experience (SaaS, ERP, fintech, or finance process automation).
• A robust network and in-depth knowledge of the German large enterprise / DAX ecosystem.
• Proficiency in e-invoicing, P2P, O2C, AP Automation, or finance transformation.
• A proven history of exceeding sales objectives and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• A hunter mindset with the capacity to navigate intricate stakeholder environments and build consensus among C-suite executives.
• A thorough understanding of the German regulatory landscape and mandatory e-invoicing compliance requirements.
• A consultative selling approach that effectively translates customer pain points into business solutions.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating value propositions to CFOs and Finance Directors.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
