This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Secure premium hospitality and ticket-inclusive experiences across designated EMEA territories and target markets for the LA28 Olympic Games.
• Meet and surpass individual revenue goals by converting qualified inbound leads and implementing proactive outbound prospecting strategies.
• Facilitate deal closures through effective needs assessment, solution positioning, objection management, and negotiation.
• Promptly respond to inbound inquiries from individuals, corporations, and agencies, transforming demand into confirmed sales.
• Implement structured outbound sales campaigns targeting specific companies, accounts, and high-net-worth individuals within defined EMEA markets.
• Cultivate and sustain a robust sales pipeline, focusing on high-probability opportunities and advancing them through the sales funnel.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of designated EMEA markets, including cultural nuances, purchasing behaviors, and corporate hospitality dynamics.
• Implement market-specific sales strategies that align with regional revenue goals and global premium sales priorities.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond the transaction.
• Present compelling presentations and proposals that align with client objectives and budget considerations.
• Ensure a smooth transition to service and delivery teams after deal closure.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution and deposit/payment collection.
• Accurately record all activities, forecasts, and deal stages in CRM tools.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and performance to sales leadership.
• Collaborate closely with global premium sales leadership and support teams to synchronize on pricing, inventory, and market strategies.
• Partner with operations and fulfillment teams to guarantee that sold products are delivered as promised.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of demonstrated closing experience in sales, preferably in sports, hospitality, travel, luxury, or live events.
• Proven success in converting inbound leads and conducting outbound prospecting in international or multi-market settings.
• Experience in selling high-value, premium, or complex products to senior decision-makers.
• Strong proficiency in CRM and disciplined pipeline management.
• Capability to work independently across time zones and manage a geographically diverse client base.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours to meet the needs of EMEA markets and global sales objectives.
