This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Drive annual new business growth exceeding $700K by utilizing both inbound and outbound sales strategies.

• Leverage insight and consultative selling methods to uncover the unique challenges faced by expanding businesses, offering customized solutions through Criteria Corp’s platform.

• Remain updated on market trends and adjust strategies based on industry insights.

• Guide customers and foster agreement around Criteria Corp’s solutions within their organizations.

• Use value and consultative selling to ascertain customer needs, create value-added propositions, and develop proposals along with pricing frameworks.

• Formulate strategies with management to overcome potential hurdles in the sales process.

• Build relationships with decision-makers in various mid-market sectors.

• Execute a focused sales strategy aimed at achieving revenue targets through new business development, particularly with small businesses.

• Work together with internal teams to effectively meet customer needs.

• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to negotiations and final closing.

• Maintain the CRM system with updated customer information for strategic planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 years of sales experience, ideally in delivering B2B SaaS solutions to mid-sized enterprises.

• Demonstrated ability to manage sales cycles and create customized solutions that surpass sales goals.

• Proven track record of generating over 50% of a sales pipeline through outbound strategic and well-defined sales methodologies and processes.

• A proactive attitude coupled with creativity and determination to establish structured outbound sales processes.

• Proven success in identifying, cultivating, and nurturing relationships at various levels within an organization.

• Analytical thinker capable of utilizing data to enhance sales performance.

• Proficient in CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, ChurnZero, Gong) and sales management software.

• Strong organizational abilities and adeptness at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth company environment.

• A collaborative team player who enjoys assisting colleagues in refining their skills by sharing personal successes and challenges.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events.
