This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Drive sales growth through inbound strategies while identifying new leads primarily via an inbound client approach.

• Effectively demonstrate the advantages of our SaaS Source Code Escrow platform while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Offer guidance to customers on potential solutions, fostering strong relationships through exceptional service.

• Prepare email sequences and ensure prompt, professional responses to customer inquiries.

• Identify and engage new leads through inbound channels, following up via email or phone.

• Conduct A/B testing on various approaches to enhance results and boost conversion rates.

• Perform online demonstrations of our platform to highlight the benefits and features of our products.

• Create and negotiate offers to successfully close deals with prospective clients.

• Upsell to current customers by recognizing additional value and benefits.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales position, with a demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing targets.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the capability to build rapport and establish customer trust.

• Strong problem-solving abilities: Adept at identifying and addressing customer challenges while providing effective solutions.

• Proficient in utilizing various technology platforms and tools.

• Excellent time management skills: Able to effectively manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet targets and deadlines.

• Positive attitude: Works well within a team, adapts to changes, and performs effectively under pressure.

• Enjoys conducting online demonstrations.

• Experience collaborating with diverse companies and industries.
