This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Methodically employ pre-call planning and inquiry techniques to grasp customer needs and act as the ‘Trusted Advisor’ by providing recommendations that advance opportunities through various stages, while utilizing post-call evaluations to enhance outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure the achievement of profitable and sustainable growth, all while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Coordinate efforts with fellow Sales Executives to ensure a cohesive and unified sales strategy across different territories and product lines.

• Possess a high level of proficiency in utilizing CRM systems to maintain accurate forecasts, plan activities, and analyze data to formulate clear action plans aimed at achieving results.

• Show a thorough understanding of transactions and trends (including reasons for won/lost deals, close rates, pipeline health, etc.) to develop and suggest actionable plans.

• Engage in and represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and seminars, while also assisting with additional marketing initiatives as required.

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication capabilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven history of sales achievements in B2B capital equipment (including accomplishments, rankings, and statistics).

• Strong mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to comprehend, position, and effectively communicate machine applications and process solutions to customers.

• Skilled in using CRM systems, leveraging data and insights to identify opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and facilitate decision-making.

• A professional demeanor that embodies Barry Wehmiller’s core values and guiding principles.

• Experience in sales of packaging machinery, capital equipment, or industrial solutions (preferably in Form-Fill-Seal, filling, labeling, or related technologies).

• An engineering background or technical education is a significant advantage.

• Highly detail-oriented, technically skilled, and proficient in computer applications (including MS Office, presentations, proposals, LinkedIn, AI, and reporting).

• Capability to manage lengthy sales cycles, engage multiple stakeholders, and employ solution-based selling in regulated sectors (such as food, dairy, and meat).

• Demonstrated ability to function effectively in multicultural and multinational business settings, collaborating across various regions and cultures.
