• Comprehend the challenges faced in the UK housing and social care landscape.
• Deliver tailored Appello digital solutions through various channels, including meetings (F2F/Teams), calls, emails, or social media.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to gain insights and forge connections.
• Log and oversee all opportunities using the CRM system.
• Establish and sustain a strong sales pipeline to meet departmental and personal targets.
• Achieve financial and order-intake objectives while safeguarding margins.
• Ensure CRM records are accurate and kept up to date.
• Create Account Development Plans for significant prospects.
• Engage stakeholders effectively throughout the sales cycle.
• Promote appropriate solutions using various communication methods.
• Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Drive revenue and profit growth within existing accounts.
• Uphold financial targets for retained business.
• Maintain current CRM documentation.
• Develop Account Development Plans for key clients.
• Manage stakeholders to ensure long-term relationship success.
• Proven track record in new business development, preferably within social alarms, telecoms, or digital service sectors.
• Proficient in the sales process, account management, and collaboration with external customers.
• Confident in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Familiar with CRM systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
• Educated to GCSE/O-Level/NVQ Level 2–3 or equivalent.
• Experience in sectors such as social alarms, monitoring, digital telecare, or telecoms.
• Formal sales methodology training (e.g., LDL, SPIN, Holden, TAS).
• Understanding of monitoring centres, dispersed alarm solutions, or digital telecare technologies.
• 161 hours of holiday, increasing to 175 hours with length of service, in addition to Bank Holidays.
