This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan, +2 more states.
• Achieve results by embodying our core values to not only meet individual quarterly and annual quotas but also to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
• Rapidly gain a comprehensive understanding of the Altruist platform and effectively position Altruist, along with its features (e.g., rebalancer, Model Marketplace).
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to establish trust with advisors, educate them, and assist them throughout the purchasing process to acquire, retain, and grow business.
• Systematically gather advisor feedback to inform company priorities (e.g., product roadmap, marketing initiatives).
• Support the sales team’s objective of fostering predictable, scalable growth by proactively identifying improvements, meeting sales SLAs, and consistently maintaining precise and comprehensive records in Salesforce.
• Exhibit coachability and a growth mindset; assimilate and implement feedback from sales leadership to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an independent financial advisor; as a sales professional in a B2B financial services, fintech, or SaaS organization; or as a consultant specializing in financial services at a leading management consulting firm.
• Proven history of meeting or surpassing quotas in a dynamic environment.
• Strong consultative sales capabilities.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex product features and articulate their value to customers.
• Ideally, a B.A. / B.S. degree in relevant fields such as Business, Marketing, etc.
• Demonstrated commitment to obtaining your series 7 and 63 licenses.
• Technologically adept and able to swiftly familiarize oneself with modern tech stacks (i.e., Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in every element of your work.
• Skilled in intentional dialogue; you listen as well as share your insights with others.
• Your unwavering determination to succeed, despite challenges, is inspiring.
• Radiating confidence without ego, you possess a solid knowledge base, a knack for uncovering the unknown, and openness to diverse viewpoints.
