This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Take ownership of and manage daily interactions with high-value TradFi accounts, ensuring consistent value delivery and strategic alignment.
• Create and implement stakeholder mapping strategies to identify, engage, and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
• Serve as a trusted advocate for Chainlink products and the wider platform, educating stakeholders on the strategic advantages of decentralized technologies.
• Facilitate early-stage pipeline generation through proactive discovery, qualification, and identification of high-impact opportunities based on a deep understanding of client requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams—including Deal Leads, Product, Legal, Marketing, and Technical Solutions—ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• 6+ years of overall experience, including a minimum of 3+ years in institutional finance, business development, or similar fields, with a solid grasp of TradFi markets and infrastructure.
• Proven track record in a startup or fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to translate a strong work ethic into exceptional personal results.
• Proficient relationship management skills to cultivate and sustain strong connections with institutional clients and partners.
• Demonstrated expertise in DeFi protocols, tokenization, digital assets, blockchain technology, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
• Must be based in Hong Kong or willing to relocate independently to Hong Kong.
• At least 1+ years of experience in web3 environments or with decentralized applications (DApps), smart contracts, and blockchain technology (preferred).
• Expertise in the tokenization industry—possessing a strong understanding of the Institutional RWA landscape and/or digital asset management, including an awareness of potential scalability barriers (preferred).
• Significant experience in selling solutions to Financial Market Infrastructures (preferred).
• Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred (preferred).
