• Foster relationships with recruitment leaders, operations stakeholders, and technology decision-makers within staffing firms.
• Minimum of 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven experience in selling recruitment technology, ATS, CRM, or HR tech solutions.
• Strong comprehension of staffing, agency recruitment, or workforce solutions sectors.
• Capability to build and manage your own sales pipeline effectively.
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Excellent consultative selling and relationship development skills.
