This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Promote DaXtra’s AI-driven recruitment technology solutions to staffing and recruitment firms
• Establish DaXtra as an intelligence layer that enhances current ATS and CRM systems
• Conduct consultative discussions focused on enhancing recruiter productivity, candidate sourcing, search, matching, and database optimization
• Provide customized product demonstrations that align with staffing and agency recruitment processes
• Oversee opportunities from initial contact through to negotiation and finalization
• Build and cultivate your own sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry engagement
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to achieve successful outcomes
• Foster relationships with recruitment leaders, operational stakeholders, and technology decision-makers within staffing organizations
• Over 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
• Proven experience in selling recruitment technology, ATS, CRM, or HR tech solutions
• Strong knowledge of staffing, agency recruitment, or workforce solutions environments
• Capability to build and manage your own sales pipeline
• Experience in navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes
• Excellent consultative selling and relationship-building abilities
• Enthusiasm for AI, recruitment technology, and the evolution of staffing
• Skill in positioning solutions within existing recruitment technology ecosystems
