This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee, guide, and enhance a team of Solution Architects to guarantee timely, precise, and high-quality delivery of quotations, estimates, and solution documentation that meet customer needs.
• Propel the solutioning strategy for Claro’s Innovation and Accelerator initiatives.
• Ensure that all quotations and proposals are comprehensive, free of errors, compliant with internal standards, and aligned with technical, commercial, and operational criteria.
• Cultivate and sustain robust working relationships with partners and internal teams to facilitate seamless transitions from sales to delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Required)
• 4–6 years of experience in IT services, consulting, or technology solutions settings (Required)
• 1–3 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales, or technical leadership positions (Required)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (High proficiency)
