This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Act as the technical authority during the sales process, showcasing the platform's functionalities and value proposition.
• Conduct tailored demonstrations, workshops, and tests/proofs of concept customized to meet each client’s specific requirements.
• Facilitate sessions that illustrate how the platform provides concrete benefits and advances their journey through the sales lifecycle.
• Work closely with the product team to convert customer feedback into actionable insights and potential feature improvements.
• Assess client inquiries that fall outside the product’s scope and manage client expectations accordingly.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of product trials, which includes coordinating with clients, gathering essential client data, and technically configuring their trial accounts.
• Lead the responses to RFPs and RFIs, assisting in drafting the technical components of proposals tailored to client specifications.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in optimizing commercial processes using the Streem platform by recommending best practices and sharing successful case studies.
• Be the primary point of evaluation for potential product extensions by analyzing new feature requests, assessing business implications, and offering recommendations.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Experience: 3–5 years in pre-sales, solution engineering, sales consulting, or technical roles that involve customer interaction, preferably in SaaS or renewable energy technology.
• Practical experience with asset management, renewable energy markets, or portfolio management.
• Strong technical understanding with the capability to convert complex solutions into business value for non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops, demonstrations, and tests/proofs of concept projects.
• Technologically proficient and able to navigate the application independently as an administrator.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Inquisitive, proactive, and energetic with a problem-solving attitude.
