This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with sales teams to evaluate opportunities, establish solution strategies, and ensure technical capabilities meet customer business objectives.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and security assessments to identify operational and architectural needs within complex enterprise settings.
• Create and showcase secure architectures that integrate networking, cloud, and SecOps elements.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to both technical audiences and executive leaders (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and business executives).
• Act as the main technical authority during sales cycles, guiding enterprise clients through the evaluation and decision-making processes.
• Provide insights on cybersecurity strategies, including Zero Trust, SASE, cloud security, and SecOps modernization.
• Establish and nurture long-term trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior leadership, positioning yourself as a strategic consultant.
• Convert technical ideas into discussions of business value tailored for executive-level interactions.
• Assist in seamless deployment transitions by collaborating closely with professional services, support, and customer success teams.
• Offer roadmap guidance, operational assessments, and strategic check-ins to reinforce the realization of customer value.
• Remain a trusted advisor to enterprise leadership, ensuring ongoing alignment between their evolving requirements and solution capabilities.
• 5–8 years of experience in pre-sales or systems engineering roles within enterprise-scale cybersecurity, networking, or cloud environments.
• Strong comprehension of networking (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPNs, TCP/IP) and essential security protocols (IPSec, TLS/SSL, PKI, SAML, OAuth, RADIUS, etc.).
• Capability to articulate and design solutions across:
• - SecOps modernization (SIEM, SOAR, XDR)
• - Zero Trust and SASE architectures
• - Cloud and hybrid security (IaaS, SaaS, containerized workloads)
• - Identity and access management (MFA, SSO, PAM)
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling abilities—able to engage both highly technical audiences and executive decision-makers.
• Proven success in leading architectural discussions and aligning technical solutions with business objectives at the enterprise level.
• Participation in cybersecurity transformation initiatives.
• Position as a trusted advisor to enterprise organizations.
• Continuous alignment of solutions with customer needs.
