This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Act as a reliable advisor to healthcare provider organizations, assisting them in recognizing opportunities to enhance patient, caregiver, and operational outcomes through Agentic Automation.
• Advocate for the advantages of integrating AI agents, automation, process intelligence, and human expertise to revolutionize healthcare operations.
• Collaborate with account teams to outline customer strategies, align solutions with organizational priorities, and broaden UiPath’s presence within provider organizations.
• Lead discovery workshops to comprehend existing workflows, operational hurdles, and transformation priorities across both clinical and administrative functions.
• Utilize process intelligence methodologies to identify inefficiencies, quantify business impacts, and prioritize transformation initiatives.
• Create and present engaging demonstrations, workshops, executive briefings, and proof-of-value engagements.
• Design solutions that utilize AI, automation, orchestration, document understanding, and agentic workflows.
• Work alongside Product + Engineering, Customer Success, and Industry Solution teams to consistently enhance healthcare-focused offerings.
• Craft industry-specific solution narratives and use cases that cater to healthcare priorities.
• Assist in technical evaluations and guide customers through discussions on architecture, security, governance, scalability, and deployment.
• Serve as a thought leader within the healthcare payer market and represent UiPath in customer meetings, industry events, and executive briefings.
• Disseminate best practices, lessons learned, and industry insights across the UiPath go-to-market organization.
• Extensive expertise in Healthcare Provider operations, covering areas such as Revenue cycle management, Patient access and scheduling, Registration and intake, Prior authorization, Clinical documentation workflows, Health information management, Referral management, Care coordination, Patient engagement, Supply chain and operational services, and Workforce management.
• Proven experience in assisting healthcare providers in enhancing operational efficiency, financial performance, and patient outcomes through technology-driven transformation.
• Capacity to connect operational healthcare challenges with AI and automation solutions that yield measurable business results.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise technology ecosystems, healthcare applications, and solution architecture principles.
• Experience leading consultative discovery discussions with clinical, operational, financial, and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to executive, business, and technical audiences.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement, process optimization, and digital transformation methodologies.
• Experience working with large health systems, provider networks, academic medical centers, or other intricate healthcare organizations.
• Background in sales engineering, consulting, solution architecture, healthcare transformation, intelligent automation, or related fields.
• Optional: Experience with common system integrations and interfaces that have a direct impact on healthcare provider workflows.
• A sense of curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster trusted relationships across various stakeholder groups.
