This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead outcome-driven discovery sessions to assist prospects in quickly identifying their challenges and linking those needs to quantifiable business value.
• Establish DTN as a reliable partner by ensuring smooth transitions between Sales Engineering and Professional Services that prioritize customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the solution expert throughout the sales journey, from initial discovery to final closure.
• Present tailored product demonstrations and use-case scenarios that align with client pain points.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to develop persuasive business cases that highlight product value and return on investment (ROI).
• Convert customer requirements into customized solutions and integrations utilizing DTN’s platform and tools.
• Develop and maintain technical sales documentation, including demo scripts, value frameworks, and configuration guidelines.
• Address technical objections and oversee proof of concepts (POCs), pilot programs, and trial engagements as necessary.
• Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, assisting them in assessing trade-offs, understanding options, and making informed decisions.
• Minimum of 3 years in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting role, or equivalent industry experience with a strong customer-facing element.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following areas: Energy (Refined Fuels) and/or DTN products.
• Strong technical knowledge with the capability to understand complex systems and communicate them clearly in a customer-friendly way.
• Experience in delivering demonstrations, technical presentations, or workshops within a sales context.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to customize solutions for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, SaaS models, and enterprise workflows is an advantage.
