This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Become an expert in TeamViewer’s IT and DEX product offerings.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations, workshops, and webinars that address customer pain points.
• Communicate the technical and business value of our solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Perform thorough discovery sessions to grasp customer challenges and goals.
• Create and propose tailored solutions that meet customer needs while utilizing TeamViewer’s capabilities.
• Prepare solution proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and technical documentation.
• Lead proof of value (POV)/proof of concept (POC) and pilot projects to assess solution effectiveness in customer settings.
• Offer hands-on technical support and guidance throughout the validation phase.
• Evaluate results and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales teams throughout the sales process, offering technical expertise and assistance.
• Address RFx documents with precise and persuasive technical responses.
• Work alongside Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to shape the product roadmap and drive innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT consulting.
• Profound understanding of enterprise IT environments, including endpoint management, remote connectivity, and DEX platforms.
• Familiarity with SaaS applications such as RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, and observability tools.
• Practical experience with APIs, scripting, virtualization, cloud computing, and security protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and convert complex technical ideas into business value.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills – you excel at establishing trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels, from IT professionals to C-suite executives.
• Strong technical expertise – you possess in-depth knowledge of enterprise systems management, modern device management, and end-user computing.
• A collaborative mindset with a strong independent drive – you excel both as a self-starter and a team player.
• A professional demeanor and attention to detail – you approach every customer interaction with a polished, reliable attitude, ensuring high-quality outcomes and experiences.
