This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Drive Growth – Cultivate new end-user customers and enhance distributor partnerships to broaden market presence and product integration.
• Be the Expert – Offer technical expertise and product assistance, especially regarding new product lines such as solid carbide drills, high-performance taps, and indexable tooling.
• Collaborate for the Future – Partner closely with customers and distributors to identify tooling requirements and relay insights to our Product Management team.
• Train & Support – Facilitate product training sessions and new product launch meetings for distributor and customer personnel.
• Pursue sales opportunities and conduct regular customer visits.
• Address complex customer inquiries and offer tooling recommendations.
• Maintain the CRM system (contacts, opportunities, customer data).
• Meet sales targets and execute regional marketing strategies.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site-specific guidelines.
• Travel within the designated territory, including occasional international trips.
• Maintain and operate a company vehicle.
• Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in metalworking/cutting tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, suitable for both small and large audiences.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English, with strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• U.S. work authorization and a valid driver’s license are mandatory.
• Capable of passing customer facility clearance and traveling as required.
