This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Take charge of developing and expanding your designated vertical throughout the United States.
• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of a detailed go-to-market strategy with support from the commercial leadership team.

• Provide integrated product and service offerings that promote ongoing lifecycle relationships with end users, integrators, and contractors.
• Establish the brand presence of Thomson Power Systems within your vertical.
• Cultivate and sustain essential stakeholder relationships while growing the direct customer base.
• Embody Regal Rexnord's values and conduct business in alignment with the company's vision, mission, initiatives, and policies.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful outside sales experience in the Data Center vertical sector.
• A proven history of devising and executing strategic sales initiatives that resulted in substantial revenue and margin growth.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations (up to 50% travel time) within your designated region.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without needing company sponsorship for U.S. work authorization.
• Experience in the Power Management industry is essential.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or Power Engineering.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is required.
• A demonstrated ability to be proactive, resourceful, and results-driven with a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Recognized among peers as ambitious, energetic, self-sufficient, and highly motivated.
• Exceptional sales skills with strong closing abilities.
• A customer-centric approach with a dedication to ensuring customer success.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Capability to build value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations and Regal Rexnord.
