This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Aid in assessing sales leads from a technical perspective
• Act as the key technical resource during sales discussions
• Exhibit expertise in networking applications and solutions
• Function as the primary technical contact for designated accounts
• Offer post-sales training and continuous support to customers
• Travel across the territory to meet the business's needs
• 5 – 8 years of experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer
• 5 – 7 years of experience in managing LAN/WAN/Internet services
• Comprehensive knowledge of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, and 3DES technologies and protocols
• Seasoned sales professional with a profound understanding of the technology industry
• Knowledgeable in encryption and authentication technologies
• Excellent presentation skills
