This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to pinpoint high-value opportunities for Sales Engineer assistance; engage with the sales team to comprehend consumer needs and provide sales support as required.
• Work together with sales teams and clients on deal progression, expectations, trial accounts, statements of work, and post-sale transitions for recognized high-value opportunities to expedite closing, execution, and revenue generation.
• Partner with Product Management and Marketing to gather competitor insights, perform industry analysis, and identify market trends.
• Offer continuous solution consulting support, including training and nurturing key strategic accounts to promote further adoption and usage of products.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain and showcase products and/or services that are advantageous to client businesses; collect information, understand business requirements, and identify optimal ways to implement solutions to enhance client business and technical needs.
• Enhance knowledge of industry and technology trends that influence the marketplace.
• Develop clear implementation plans in cooperation with customers, account executives, sales, and operations to ensure accountability and revenue realization.
• Create content-focused learning materials to expand knowledge within internal teams.
• Prepare resources and lead various forums to enhance client engagement that leads to successful solutions.
• May assist with requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the banking and financial services sector is preferred.
• Prior experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
• Proven history of working collaboratively with sales teams, product development, and customers.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects.
• Insight into market and competition, with the capability to identify external threats and opportunities.
• Consultative skills and creativity to engage customers in innovative ways.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; adept presentation skills and ability to articulate product value.
• Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Proficient negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
