This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identify and pursue new business and market opportunities while managing project activities and customer relationships to meet revenue and growth targets for the Systems Product Lines.
• Cultivate relationships with direct accounts, including OEMs, to maximize revenue and gross margin.
• Oversee channel partners (manufacturers’ representatives and distributors) to enhance revenue and gross margin.
• Evaluate the distribution network within the territory and continually strive to enhance channel performance by replacing or improving underperforming representatives and distributors.
• Organize and participate in trade shows to promote products and create new opportunities.
• Keep customer profiles and information updated through the CRM system, providing management with feedback, including reports on sales activities and preparing both short-term and long-term sales forecasts.
• Collect relevant market information, including the latest technology and industry trends, competitor activities, changes in existing markets, and the emergence of new markets for the product management teams.
• Identify new leads, expand business, and maintain key account relationships.
• Create quotations for customers and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations as required.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and evaluations that lead to sales, either directly or through the distribution team.
• Summarize technical situations and business opportunities, sharing insights with management and internal stakeholders via our CRM platform.
• Engage in the global applications forum and communicate new product applications to address customer challenges.
• Provide training on products to customers and channel partners as needed.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation by offering feedback to product and engineering teams, reporting issues, and suggesting enhancements for our products.
• A bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in engineering or a scientific field).
• 5-8 years of experience in a comparable technical sales role, with business development experience considered an advantage.
• Preferred experience in PCBA, Semiconductor backend, and background as a process or equipment engineer or manager with customers or suppliers.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams); experience with a CRM system (Salesforce, C4C, etc.) is required.
