This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Collaborate directly with channel partners and internal sales teams to support both pre- and post-sales scenarios; effectively address inquiries via phone or email; provide technical product and solution insights; issue licenses to channel partners, and resolve issues related to customer entitlements.
• Leverage NetApp expertise to assist partners and customers aiming to implement hybrid cloud solutions.
• Work in conjunction with channel partners and direct sales teams to ensure partner SEs are equipped to size, design, demonstrate, and sell the client's products and solutions.
• Conduct remote presentations or demonstrations for more intricate products and solutions.
• Support partners in shaping, creating, and executing effective customer demand generation initiatives, utilizing channel sales and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the channel partner training team to ensure that enablement activities are aligned with the corporate training and certification curriculum.
• Engage subject matter experts from broader SE and PS teams to facilitate the execution of enablement activities.
• Produce storage system-focused reports and unsolicited proposal documents for channel partners.
• Address routine to moderately complex issues; investigate inquiries using a variety of resources.
• Adhere to standard Solution Center protocols; identify and escalate situations that require further expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of experience in the sales division of an IT infrastructure vendor as a systems engineer or in a comparable role.
• Preference will be given to candidates with foundational certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven expertise in the technical specifications necessary for selling data center-based products and services.
• Familiarity with the cloud deployment XaaS model.
• Strong and engaging presentation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship development skills.
• Proficient client management capabilities.
• Ability to effectively manage technical professionals; experience in both direct and virtual leadership is preferred.
