This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Drive revenue growth that is profitable for customers within the designated geographic area.
• Achieve this through initiatives aimed at creating demand for new programs and capturing market share for existing ones.
• Support customer needs related to current business operations.
• Provide education to customers and distributor partners regarding products and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate capture strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engineering and procurement teams.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer applications and identify their technical requirements.
• Create a robust pipeline of demand creation opportunities to ensure ongoing growth in the territory.
• A bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent education and experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience is required.
• Strong technical knowledge of the interconnect and electronics industry.
• Self-motivated with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in building strategic relationships with customers and distributors across various functions.
• A servant leader with a strong focus on teamwork and support.
• Experience in technical sales or application engineering within the electronics sector.
• Ability to lead and solve problems in unstructured environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support customers and distributors, with an estimated travel requirement of 50%.
