This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Promote and endorse Intel-based products and solutions by utilizing a vertically focused, solutions-oriented strategy.
• Maintain technical relationships with end customers and provide specialized support for Intel product acquisitions.
• Create technologically advanced solutions that address the business requirements of customers and stimulate demand for Intel products.
• Leverage knowledge of technology trends, industry sectors, and Intel product offerings to resolve customer business challenges.
• Collaborate with customers, OEMs, ISVs, SIs, and Intel business units to enhance solutions, software, and services.
• Collect customer feedback to pinpoint satisfaction factors and strategic enhancement opportunities.
• Translate technical needs from partners and customers into product development plans.
• Present at Intel, industry events, and customer forums through keynotes and presentations.
• Work alongside Account Executives to devise outcome-focused customer solutions.
• Champion the requirements of the Oil and Gas and FSI sectors to Intel’s product teams.
• Navigate intricate sales cycles and manage strategic opportunities within the partner ecosystem.
• Travel to engage with end-user customers as necessary.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in system architecture, performance engineering, or technical pre-sales roles.
• Must reside within 25 miles of Dallas, TX.
• This position does not qualify for Intel immigration sponsorship.
• Profound understanding of enterprise IT requirements, including Edge, Data Center, Storage, Networking, Artificial Intelligence, public cloud, and client device implementation.
• Experience in conducting competitive analysis and articulating technical distinctions.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% or more as business demands necessitate.
• Previous experience with Oil and Gas and FSI workloads and solutions is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Intel architectures for enterprise clients and data center infrastructure.
• Familiarity with complementary hardware, software, and service ecosystem solutions.
• Proficient understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and hybrid cloud as well as enterprise-to-cloud migration practices.
• Experience with AI/ML, Agentic-AI, cloud-native workloads, or edge computing solutions is preferred.
• Experience engaging with enterprise accounts in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas is preferred.
• Background in programming and application development/optimization is preferred.
• Knowledge of AMD and NVIDIA architectures, including ROCm and CUDA ecosystems is preferred.
• Understanding of OEM/ODM business relationships and relevant customer service ecosystems.
