This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to grasp customer requirements and showcase how APILayer’s SERP and Scraping APIs address their data needs.
• Execute technical demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and proof-of-value assessments, highlighting API integration, data precision, and performance metrics.
• Offer technical support throughout the sales process, tackling intricate API, rate-limiting, or scraping challenges.
• Work alongside product and engineering teams to tackle customer issues and provide insights on API enhancements.
• Assist with product launches and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives related to our SERP and Scraping APIs.
• Develop demo environments, tutorials, and onboarding resources for both internal teams and clients.
• Produce technical documentation, SDK examples, and integration manuals that facilitate swift adoption of our APIs by developers and enterprises.
• Gather customer insights to shape roadmap priorities, feature development, and GTM communication strategies.
• Act as a technical representative for APILayer during internal presentations, webinars, and client meetings.
• Identify avenues to enhance both the sales process and GTM approach for API adoption.
• Remain informed about trends in search engines and web data, scraping methodologies, and API best practices.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering, pre-sales, or GTM enablement for SaaS or API solutions.
• Proficient technical knowledge of APIs, web scraping, search engine data, or data pipelines.
• Outstanding communication abilities for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in creating demos, POCs, SDKs, and onboarding documentation.
• Capability to work collaboratively across product, engineering, sales, and marketing divisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
