This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Serve as a professional representative of Klüber Lubrication to customers, overseeing direct B2B sales within designated industrial sectors.
• Take complete responsibility for the assigned sales territory, which includes planning, execution, and meeting sales and growth objectives.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships in an international context.
• Utilize value-based selling techniques to convert customer requirements into sustainable business solutions.
• Propel business development by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within the assigned markets.
• Work in close collaboration with internal teams (such as customer service, application engineering, and service) to provide customer-focused solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline (from lead generation to closing sales) and activities using CRM systems, ensuring transparency and tracking of performance.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively within an international setting, with extensive travel required in the assigned sales region.
• Several years of experience in direct B2B sales, ideally within industrial, technical, or specialty product sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage direct customer and key account relationships, preferably in an international or multi-country framework.
• Strong comprehension of value-based selling principles and the ability to translate customer needs into sustainable business solutions.
• Proven experience working effectively in cross-functional teams (such as application engineering, technical specialists, and business development).
• Proficient use of CRM systems, with a structured, data-driven working approach combined with a high level of accountability and focus on execution.
• Fluency in both Hungarian and English (written and spoken).
