This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +6 more states.
• Propel revenue expansion across New York, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
• Assist clients in identifying, assessing, and implementing FlackTek's innovative centrifugal mixing technologies.
• Act as a reliable technical consultant throughout the sales journey.
• Perform technical demonstrations of FlackTek equipment and its various applications.
• Oversee opportunities from inception to completion of the sales cycle.
• Build and sustain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Deliver customized technical presentations based on customer needs.
• Offer application advice and processing suggestions.
• Organize machine installations, initial operations, and customer training sessions.
• Address equipment and application issues for clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
• Keep precise CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Work collaboratively with marketing on territory development strategies.
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights.
• Represent FlackTek at trade exhibitions and industry gatherings.
• Foster distributor relationships and explore channel development opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee customer success.
• Travel within the territory to support sales and customer engagement activities.
• A bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, scientific, business-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, technical sales, engineering, manufacturing, or customer-facing roles.
• Capability to learn and effectively use CRM software, with a preference for Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to grasp material processing technologies.
• Aptitude for conducting equipment demonstrations, installations, and customer training.
