This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Actively engage with both new and existing clients to promote the complete range of solutions and services while seeking new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and gather insights to identify potential opportunities within the assigned territory and develop strategies to enhance success.
• Adhere to strategic objectives and initiatives to establish credibility for both yourself and the organization, building strong relationships.
• Provide competitive, technical, and commercial insights for each proposal and assist in the proposal development process.
• Organize and conduct visits to customers and prospects to ascertain and comprehend their needs.
• Propose and negotiate customized solutions with support from the technical team, successfully closing sales.
• Collaborate with Market Specialists and cross-functional teams to promote company products.
• Analyze and resolve significant customer complaints by coordinating with Quality and After-Sales Service.
• Prepare and lead customer meetings, update weekly reports, and monitor KPI metrics.
• Participate in trade shows and events, contributing to marketing and organizational initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and technology to assist in customer equipment management and order fulfillment.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of sales and commercial practices.
• Technical training in Mechanics or Electronics.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English.
• Relevant industry experience.
• Willingness to travel frequently (60-70% of the time) and possess a valid driving license.
