This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with Account Executives during the sales process to create effective solution strategies.
• Conduct highly tailored product demonstrations that present a persuasive business and operational narrative.
• Consult with operators to grasp intricate workflows and propose scalable solutions.
• Convert customer challenges into product capabilities and quantifiable business results.
• Complete Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), security questionnaires, and technical documents.
• Act as a bridge between Sales and Product by relaying market insights, feature requests, and competitive intelligence.
• Keep the sales team updated about new product functionalities through enablement sessions, demo updates, and internal training.
• Create and maintain demo environments, presentation materials, and solution playbooks.
• Assist in discovery sessions, technical deep dives, executive presentations, and proof-of-concept discussions.
• Work in conjunction with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation to ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer transitions.
• Collaborate on strategic pursuits and executive presentations.
• Develop scalable demo strategies, storytelling techniques, and best practices.
• Aid with complex RFPs, RFIs, security assessments, and technical documentation.
• Provide organized field feedback to Product Management to shape roadmap priorities.
• Build and manage demo environments and sales enablement resources.
• Mentor and empower Account Executives on new features, competitive positioning, and solution selling.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and contribute to the evolution of the Solutions Engineering organization.
• Background in senior living, post-acute healthcare, or healthcare technology.
• Strong grasp of assisted living operations, clinical workflows, medication management, billing, or resident care.
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and executive facilitation abilities.
• Capability to convert complex functionalities into significant business value.
• Experience leading discussions at the executive level with large, multi-site organizations.
• Highly collaborative and adept at working across various departments.
• Exceptional written communication skills with experience in completing RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and becoming a trusted advisor to both prospects and internal teams.
• Travel Expectations (approximately up to 25% on average).
• Availability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and strategic onsite engagements.
• Attend executive and C-suite presentations for enterprise opportunities where face-to-face collaboration brings added value.
• Travel with Account Executives and the Director of Solutions Engineering to support impactful customer interactions.
