Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in recognizing the benefits of Cribl throughout the sales process

• Showcase the product and respond to customer inquiries during initial sales discussions

• Provide support to customers during proof of concept demonstrations

• Record intriguing use cases in blog articles and product documentation

• Up to 30% travel required

• Occasionally perform tasks outside of standard working hours

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security

• Experience in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support roles

• Engage with the product and be ready to provide constructive feedback

• Must reside in Italy (Note: Although Cribl operates as a remote-first company, this position necessitates living in Italy)

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory

• Familiarity with remote work environments
