This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance sales effectiveness and streamline the deal flow by facilitating technical closures with stakeholders within the prospective client’s organization.
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Lead technical Proof of Concepts (PoCs) within the environments of prospective clients.
• Cultivate and manage technical relationships with prospects to ensure successful PoC outcomes.
• Engage in Sales, Marketing, and Partner events, as well as conferences.
• Offer training and provide technical updates to Partners.
• Relay customer feature requests to Product Management for their consideration.
• Stay informed about competitors, industry challenges, and their products.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies.
• Assist in sustaining our own ControlUp environment.
• 2-3 years of experience in a technical sales role or a similar technical position, with hands-on experience in end-user experience technologies (3-5 years is preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Effective problem-solving abilities, a positive outlook, resourcefulness, and confidence in decision-making.
• Commercial insight and a customer-focused approach to sales.
• Proficient in Virtualization and VDI technologies, both on-premises and cloud-based: Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, Nutanix, AWS.
• Knowledgeable about physical endpoints and their operating systems:
• Desktop/Laptops: Windows, Mac OS, Linux.
• Thin Clients: IGEL, Stratodesk, 10Zig, HP ThinPro.
