This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Identify and cultivate new customer opportunities by delivering both sales and technical support, effectively communicating the advantages of Cohesity technology to diverse business and technical audiences.
• Facilitate the smooth integration of Cohesity products into customer production environments, ensuring optimal functionality while addressing their unique requirements.
• Aid in addressing inquiries and proposals from customers and partners.
• Oversee the secondary storage technology strategy for key customers and partners, positioning Cohesity as the leading solution provider in the marketplace.
• Convey Cohesity's vision through compelling product demonstrations, workshops, white papers, and proposals.
• Execute proof of concepts to demonstrate the value and capabilities of Cohesity technology.
• Recognize technical challenges and resolve them to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with product management as a field representative, offering critical insights and articulating customer needs for product enhancements and development.
• Provide project management and post-sales technical support as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.
• Proven track record in a customer-facing pre-sales role, proposing enterprise solutions at all organizational levels.
• Experience collaborating with both clients and technology partners, building strong relationships to drive successful outcomes.
• Established experience in selling and implementing Enterprise Hardware or Software, Cloud Platforms, IaaS, PaaS, or Virtual Infrastructure software.
• Comfortable interacting with multiple decision-makers to advocate for proposals and secure business opportunities.
• Outstanding presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying technical and business concepts to both small and large audiences.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities, ensuring clear and concise interactions with all stakeholders.
• Self-driven and proactive, able to work independently and remotely to achieve objectives.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for the role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
